I am sorry about your current health concerns.

For the cold, I suggest you to take steam inhalation with Karvol plus nasocaps thrice daily. For the aching throat, you can do warm salt water gargling thrice daily or use betadine mouth wash thrice daily.

Additionally, you can take Tablet Cetrizine 10mg at bed time for three nights. This is a prescription drug, please get it prescribed by your doctor.

It seems like you are suffering from viral illness. Keep yourself warm, take warm soups and lukewarm water to drink. Take bland diet.
