Brief Answer:
Antihistamine and valsalva maneuer

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic .

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

Sinus infection in nose do causes spread to ear . Most common cause for cold is viral infection so symptomatic treatment is enough. antibiotics are not necessary.

I usually prescribe for my patients with these symptoms antihistamine medication with serratiopeptdidase and ibuprofen to reduce pain and fever. I advice them with steam inhalation and warm salt water gargling 3 times a day. I also advice them to perform valsalva maneuer , in which you need to take deep breath and close nose and mouth and try to blow out air, this makes to reduce your ear fullness. Try to do 5 to 6 times a day.

These measures should reduce your symptoms in 3 or 4 days. If your symptoms aggravates need to consult doctor for ear examination.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a speedy recovery.

Regards
