Brief Answer:
Giving probiotic and colic drops will provide relief

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I can understand your concern.
Most common cause of cough/cold and altered bowel pattern in this age is some viral infection.Sometimes green colored stool can be due to medication.
I would like to know about the medications he is receiving if any.
Green colored stool is due to alteration in gut flora or increased intestinal motility.
Probiotics helps in maintaining normal gut flora and thus helps in recovery of normal bowel pattern.
Improper digestion of lactose(present in milk)causes increased formation of gas and this colic.
Anticolic medication like simethicone(Coaid/colicaid)would help in this condition.

I won't get worried if baby is otherwise active, playful, accepting feeds well, passing urine, there is no abdominal distension or breathing problem.

So I would like to give probiotic and colic medication.Continue feeding as usual.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Wishing for your baby's speedy recovery.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Antiallergic with decongestant will help

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

Antiallergic like chlorpheniramine with decongestant like phenylephrine(like maxtra or timinic, three times a day for 5 days )will help in recovery from cough and cold.
This is a prescription medicine so please get it prescribed by a physician.
It may take 5-7 days in complete recovery.
Observe for any respiratory distress, poor feeding or worsening of condition. If you notice any consult your pediatrician for evaluation and management accordingly.

Take care.
Warm regards
