Brief Answer:
No issue.Do not worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
If your wife has given 3.5ml two times (means total 7ml which will be equivalent to 1.5 TSF) at the same time, then there is no need to be worried as it will NOT cause any problem.
Better to give next dose after 12 to 16 hours since your doctor has advised Asthalin syrup 3.5ml three times daily. (Means every 8 hourly)
But there is no need to worry if there is no symptoms as it is NOT a much high dose.
Hope this helps.
