Brief Answer:
Normal Saline Nasal drops will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXX

Majority of Respiratory tract infection in infants is self limiting and require only symptomatic treatment .
Persistent symptoms is likely to be due to persistent inflammation of the airways causing hyper reactive airways .

I would suggest you the following

1. Continue breast feeding the babies

2. Normal Saline Nasal drops : 3 to 4 drops in each nose 6 times a day

3. Vicks Vaporub over the clothes ( do not apply it directly to skin ) especially over chest will have soothing effect

4. Continue giving the medication as you have been giving.

5. Steam inhalation : Preferably using electronic steamer. switch on the steam inhaler in the room babies are sleeping. No direct contact if steam with babies.
Hot and humid air will reduce the cough and cold

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
Best regards
