Question : I am having cold and cough from past 4 days. I have been taking syrup - alpha Coff (make -SCHWABE) but still I am not feeling well and facing pain in throat .

Thank you for query.

I understand your concern. It could be an upper respiratory tract infection.
Do salt water gargle twice daily.Take Tab sinarest once daily for 3 days after food.These medications are available with doctor's prescription.
Avoid citrus fruits and juices.
