Question : due to this climatic conditions I am getting cold and cough regularly for 20 days can you suggest me some antibiotics or precautions?

Thanks for the query
According to your history you might be having viral flu due to climatic changes.
As it is viral no need of antibiotics.
You can just take Tab Levocitrezine or Tab Sinarest for fever, cold and dry cough.
If you have cough with sputum,you may need to take antibiotics due to secondary bacterial infections, then you can take tab Azithromycin once daily for 3 days.
As it is prescription based drug, you need to meet local doctor for the same.

Drink plenty of water(preferably filtered /boiled)
Avoid out side, oily food.
