Question: I have a mild cold and cough coming on. Could become acute if it is a viral. Will Sinarest help is arresting this condition?

Yes, sinarest will help. Take it twice daily after some food.
It may be cause mild sedation.
Yes, possibility of viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) is more likely. And it is acute in nature.. It is usually self limiting in 7 days.
So along with sinarest, also drink plenty of fluids orally and do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
