Brief Answer:
Upper respiratory tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion, you might be having upper respiratory tract infection.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs twice daily for 3 to 5 days along with antihistamines tablet like loratidine with ambroxol combination tablet twice daily for 5 days.
These are usually over the counter drugs.
Continue hot saline gargle.
If symptoms persists after 3 days of treatment ,then I would suggest you to take penicillin antibiotics for 5 days. These are prescription medicines, so I advice you to consult with the doctor and get treated.
Do steam inhalation.
Avoid oily, cold foods, curds, citrus fruits.
Drink warm water.
