Question : This is XXXX- 30 years.
Issue - Some cold and mild continuous dry cough.
Feels like something stuck in throat.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having upper respiratory track infection (URTI) with post nasal drip (PND).

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Salt water gargle twice daily ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination like Tab Allegra M at night &
anti inflammatory analgesic Tab Paracetamol 650 mg twice daily .

You will get relief .
