Question: My son who is 21 months has a cold and he has developed random spots on different part of his body which have yellow heads on what could these be please?

Thanks for asking on healthcaremagic. There are a number of viral conditions that present with rash and fever. Each condition has specific characteristics. Rather than trying to be presumptive based on the little details provided, I would strongly insist that you upload a photo of the same. The two conditions that I have in mind are Staphylococcal infection and chickenpox although it could be petechial spots as well.
