                                    Brief Answer:
Give antihistamine
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. The most likely reason for such symptoms in infants is self limiting viral upper respiratory tract infection. They improve within a few days with symptomatic management.
So, you may give antihistamine such as Maxtra or T minic drops for 3 days. It will help in running nose and congestion. We recommend 0.5 ml thrice daily for babies of this age.
Ensure regular feeds and oral fluids to maintain hydration. Also, cardamom water will be useful home remedy.
Hopefully it will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
