Question : I got cold and having badly infected throat, advice me to get immediate remedy out of it.

Your clinical history is suggestive of upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
tab Vitamin C twice daily to promote healing ,
tab Paracetamol for throat pain twice daily &
Steam Inhalation twice daily, Antihistaminic levocetirizine for cold .

You will get relief .
