Cold symptoms. no worries . Supportive care only
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Some times cold can be nasty and may persist for a week or two. But it eventually self resolves. Lymph nodes swelling with it is a sequelae and nothing to worry about. Burning sensation in collar bone with upper chest may be due to some gastric discomfort like acid reflux or a connection to this cold as respiratory airways get involved easily. No fever and no loss of appetite is a good thing.
Nutshell, its just a cold running its time period and will self resolve. You may take some advil for the nodes swelling and some decongestants over the counter if cold symptoms bother you. Home remedies like warm comforting beverages e.g herbal tea mixed with honey. humidified air via use of humidifier, nasal irrigation etc will help.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
