Question : Seems like I have common cold but it is not showing outward. But i have phlegm accumulated near my throat and whenever I swallow food or some liquid, i can feel it going down my throat. Sometimes in the morning, because of this i have vomitting sensation. Could you please suggest something which will help me.

I have this mild cold from 2 weeks but have not taken any medicines. I experience nose block in the nights but otherwise it isn't there.
Occasional sneezing is there but no cough or cold.
I have gastric or acidity problems. I take gelusil for it and i am fine after that. I meant to say no cough or fever or sore throat.
Please let me know if u need any more details.

For cold:
I suggest you cetrizine 5 mg once a day for 5 days.
Nasoclear nasal saline drops. instill 2 drops on each nostril 4-6 times a day and before bed.
Steam inhalation twice a day.
Synptoms that something accumulate in throat, sometimes in the morning and vomition sensation all suggest acid reflux.
I suggest you proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole 40 mg 30 minutes before breakfast on empty stomach for 2 weeks.
You can take gelusil as well.
