Brief Answer:
You should take antibiotic and antiallergic
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query, age and symptom; it suggests that you may be suffering from the rhinopharyngitis.
In our patient I personally suggests
1. Antibiotic such as azithromycin 500 mg once a day.
2. Anti allergic such as fexofenadine 120 mg once a day.
3. Steam inhalation three times a day for at least 5 minutes each.
4. Antiseptic and analgesic mouth wash two times a day.
5. Avoid cold drinks, ice creams and cold water.
Thanks
