Normal Saline Nasal drops will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Majority of Respiratory tract infection in infants are viral in nature and self limiting.

If the following criteria are fulfilled there is no cause for concern
1. No high grade fever (temperature less than 100 degree Fahrenheit )
2. Baby accepting feeds well
3. Respiration is quite and normal

I would suggest you the following remedy

1. Normal Saline Nasal drops : 3 to 4 drops in each nose 4 to 6 times a day.

2. Continue exclusive breastfeeding

3. Cetrizine syrup available as over counter medication will be helpful

4. keep baby warm by appropriate clothing

5. Apply Vicks Vaporub over clothes on chest (avoid direct contact with delicate skin of baby )

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
