Question : I am suffering from severe cold and body pain , head ache can you suggest me with medicines ,.

I would suggest you Sinarest tablet (Paracetamol with anti histamines) twice a day. Or If it is not available you can take paracetamol 500 mg thrice a day and cetrizien 5 mg before bed.

Steam inhalation twice a day.
Nasal decongestants like Naso clear nasal saline drops, 2 drops in each nostril 5-6 times a day.
Avoid exposure to cold weather and cold food.
drink warm water.
