Question : Hi Docotor ,
I'm suffering cold , cough and flu from past 3 days. Please let me know what medicines are effective which are available at the counter .

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Your symptoms are due to an upper respiratory infection which is often due to a viral infection.
Drink plenty of warm fluids, eat healthy and you can take Panadol cold and flu for symptomatic relief. If you have distressing cough you can take Sekisan cough syrup.
