Question : Hi

From past 2 days m not felling well, I am suffering from cold, my nostrils is being blocked by mucus, its very difficult to breathe, and also feelling internal fever.

Advised antihistamines

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I suggest you antihistamines Cetrizine 5 mg once a day, before bed for 5 days.
Nasal decongestants like Nasoclear nasal saline drops, instill 2 drops in each nostril 5-6 times a day.
Steam inhalation twice a day.
If you have fever and body ache, I suggest Dolo 650 mg. Use it sparingly.
Drink warm water.
Drink hot beverages like tea, coffee and soups.
