Question : Feeling weak, cold, nauseous, urinating a lot (pressure on my bladder as well) had itchy skin

This may be uroinfection so this is first thing to rule out. You should do urine analysis and check your blood sugar,urea,creatinin and inflammatory markers. If I am right,this should be treated with antibiotics. Try to drink more fluids, raspberry tea. If pain occur in kidney areas then you need to do ultrasound and see doctor right away.
