Question : I have had a cold runny nose cough phlegm tonight I got pressure pain in both ears and my head. ears are hearing the ocean my bp is up slightly from normal at 126/80 whats wrong with me 62 female I am alo feeling lethargic

Meanwhile, start with
1. high fluids
2. steam inhalation 4 times a day,
3. multivitamins course once a day
4. warm saline gargles 4 times a day,
5. paracetamol sos
6. antibiotics as per local sensitivity
