Question: I have a sore in the inside of my mouth. It doesnt hurt itch or cause any discomfort. It looks like a cold sore but it seems like it has a liquid inside the bubble. I have started gargling with hydrogen peroxide. Can you offer any other advice? Ive attached a picture of the sore as best i could.

Brief Answer:
Can be a mucus retention cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,

I have seen the picture you uploaded.
It looks a lot like a simple retention cyst.
The liquid that you have seen inside it is probably saliva. Retention cysts are caused by block of the duct of the salivary gland.
They do not cause any pain or irritation.

The other possibility is an oral papilloma. But it is unlikely.

In any case you have to see a doctor to come to a diagnosis.

Retention cyst will require excision by a surgeon.
