Question : I have what seems like a zit on my actual lip but im concerned its a cold sore? I have attached a picture.

No, i dont think i had a fever and i dont think ive itched it. I just noticed it in the mirror driving this morning.

Just relax it's just a bacterial infection and not cold sore.
Apply an antibacterial cream like mupirocine twice daily for a week.
This should help you.
