Thanks for the reply.
Half tablet of Dolo (paracetamol) will not be effective, so you should take full dose (650) to reduce the temperature and yes,it will be very much effective to bring the temperature down.
Celin and becosules are just vitamin C and B supplements respectively which have nothing to do with your fever.
All are completely safe during pregnancy and almost no side effects.
Although, paracetamol can occasionally cause gas trouble or acidity for which you can take tab.Aciloc (ranitidine 150) along with paracetamol and yes, ranitidine is also completely safe during pregnancy.
If throat pain persists even after this,I will suggest you to see your treating doctor.
