Suggest Treatment For Cold, Throat Pain And Low Temperature During Pregnancy

Question : I am 27 week pregnant.. From last day onwards I had cold..throatpain and slight temperature.. As per doctors suggestion.. I'm going to take a CELIN(vitamin c)+DOLO 650+BECOSULES( B COMPLEX ).. Is this safe??

All these tablets CELIN (vitamin c),tab.Dolo-650 (paracetamol) and Becosules (vitamin B complex) are completely safe during pregnancy.You mat take those.

Can I go with half a Dolo , 1 celin, 1 becosule..
And please tell me why these 3 together?. Will it reduce the temperature to its normal?? Is there any side effect?

Hello,
Thanks for the reply.

Half tablet of Dolo (paracetamol) will not be effective, so you should take full dose (650) to reduce the temperature and yes,it will be very much effective to bring the temperature down.

Celin and becosules are just vitamin C and B supplements respectively which have nothing to do with your fever.

All are completely safe during pregnancy and almost no side effects.

Although, paracetamol can occasionally cause gas trouble or acidity for which you can take tab.Aciloc (ranitidine 150) along with paracetamol and yes, ranitidine is also completely safe during pregnancy.

If throat pain persists even after this,I will suggest you to see your treating doctor.
