Question : I am having cold for last two days with watery nose and no cough. What medicine can i take to cure it, as I am in XXXXXXX and dont know which Dr to consult for this.

No fever, no body ache, no soar throat, only sneezing and running nose.

If I were you are treating doctor I would suggest following suggestions:

Tablet Cetrizine 5 mg once a day before bed for 3 days.
Nasclear nasal saline drops, instill 2 drops in each nostril as many as times in a day.
Steam inhalation twice a day, you can use vicks vaporub
Avoid exposure to cold weather.
Avoid eating cold food.
