Question : Hi, I am from XXXXXXX male, 35 years old. I am having cold. sore throat, mucus sensation in throat. mild nost blockage. i do not have fever. But i have occasional sneezing. i h ave above symptoms for 2 days. Can you suggest me any medicine?

Since you do not have fever but you have nose block, mucous and sneezing you can benefit with an antiallergic medicine like cetirizine. It can be taken one to two times a day depending on the severity of symptoms.
You can also take an ayurvedic preparation like sualin tablets, or dabur honitus syrup 2 - 3 times a day.

Dear Madam,
I took two cetirizine tablets yesterday. One yesterday morning and one yesterday night. Issue not resolved yet. this morning also i had blockage in nose. I am feeling dryness in my throat since yesterday afternoon (after taking the first citirizine). I had dry cough yesterday night. I have not tried Dabur Honitus yet.

The purpose of cetirizine is to dry up the mucous, thus clearing the infection or allergy.
It will resolve soon. Blockage of nose should clear up. If it does not then you can try otrivin nose drops. It should not be used for more than 7 days.
