Brief Answer: Colon cancer Detailed Answer: The attached report shows extension of the tumor to nearby territories (fat and lymph nodes). On a positive note, there are no signs of tumor extension to other organs (liver, spleen, pancreas, gallblader, kidneys and adrenals). The surgeon saw no need to remove the tumor?

Brief Answer: Colon cancer Detailed Answer: Hello.Delighted to be able to help. The report says there is "contact" between the tumor and the right kidney, but if the surgeon has removed part of the kidney is because probably the tumor has invaded the kidney.
