Question : Hi there, I have a colourless bump behind my ear, it's been there for about a week with no signs of improvement. What could this be and how can I treat it?

It could be a Lymph node.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like a Enlarged lymphnode.
It might have enlarged due to infection of the drainage area.
Initially, I put the patient on Antibiotic like Cefuroxime tablet along with Anti inflammatory tablet .If there is no response, I will ask for FNAC ( Fine Needle aspiration Cytology ) of the swelling for exact diagnosis.
Nothing to worry.
