Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
The various colours of urine is expected in colovesical fistulas and this may include dark black, brown, or redish. It depends from the content in bowels. Also fistulas may be occluded temporary and then urine may become completely clear. Bowel content may sometimes irritate bladder wall and cause ulcerations and bleeding so this is probably cause of blood in urine.
The only important thing is that bowel perforation is noticed but it goes with sharp pain, fever, abdomen rigidity etc.
I suggest to drink plenty of fluids when you notice blood, drink raspberry tea and finish Cipro course.
Wish you good health. Regards
