Question : Hi
I am Diagnosed with complete tear of ACL , Undisplaced fracture posterior aspect of lateral tibial plateau with tibial contusions.

Can you Please suggest the treatment, if i need surgery when should i go for it?

How many days should i spend in hospital and when can I perform day to day works after surgery , and how many days it will take to get back on my knees to stand and walk without braces?

You have to spend 2-3 days in hospital. You can perform day to day works after 2 weeks of surgery.It will take 6-8 weeks to stand and walk without braces.
