Question : I have be diagnosised with a complex cyst on my ovary, what is a complex cyst?

Complex ovarian cysts contain fluid and solid content both.

Dermoid cyst,endometriomas and cystadenomas are examples of complex ovarian cyst.

They usually disappear with in 8-12 weeks with out any treatment.

In your case I want to see your ultrasound report.
