Brief Answer:
Just rest.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

The best treatment for concussion is totally rest :physical and mental. There is no specific treatment for head concussions.
Rest is necessary to allow his brain to recover completely.
If your son is having headaches you can continue to give him Acetaminophen (Tylenol) every 3-4 hours.
Avoid Ibuprofen and Aspirin.
He don't need anything else.He can eat if he want to .
He should avoid watching TV,using computer ,reading books for some days (things that require mental work).
He can return to play only after being totally asymptomatic.

Since this is his second conclusion I would suggest to get him examined by a Neurologist just to be sure that everything is OK and these 2 concussions haven't cause any damage in his brain functions. This just to be cautious.

If he starts to have severe headaches, nausea ,vomits ,becomes confused or agitated ,is drowsy or unable to wake up , you should consult a physician immediately.Otherwise he will be fine in some days.

Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards,
