Suggest Treatment For Congestion And Pain In Chest

Mostly rule out lung infection, some heart tests sos
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I am Dr. Mody and I will be addressing your concern.
Though the symptoms you describe is very classical of anginal chest pain, however considering you are 28 year female, I am little sceptical to out is as heart.
So if no risk factors like obesity, strong family history, diabetes, or lifestyle like smoking is present wait for any further evaluation of heart.
If you have had recent cough/ coryza or sore throat or respiratory infection I think resolution of the same will help in the symptoms.
Do let me know other recent history or something that has changed in last 15 days,
For investigation, a chest xray would be adequate.
For heart though nothing urgent it's important to rule out congenital problem if such symptoms are. Long standing, a ecg, 2 d echo cardiography and treadmill test would help if your symptoms increase with climbing stairs and would resolve if you take some rest
Lastly rule out other causes like low hemoglobin, thyroid problem according to symptoms.
So do let me know about other symptoms, since when have you been having the problem and other points you may think may help me narrow down the diagnosis.
Regards Dr Priyank Mody, Lilavati Hospital, XXXXXXX
