Brief Answer:
Continue medication&healthy diet&lifestyle regimen

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I am sorry for your heart failure. If your doctor put you only on Coreg, that makes me think that everything is under control.

If you notice any swelling in your legs or feet, should report to your doctor as soon as possible as you might need to take oral diuretics.

Next, it is necessary to keep your feel raised whereever possible to avoid swelling. Some food restrictions are necessary; so you must limit :
- salt intake
- carbonated drinks
- fatty/fried/processed foods

and I encourage to eat more heart-healthy foods.

Checking your kidneys/liver function is also necessary together with urine analysis and diabetes testing.

If everything is ok, just continue with healthy lifestyle and diet regimen and take the medication as prescribed. Do not forget to schedule regular follow up appointment with your cardiologist.

All the best! Let me know if you have further queries!
