Question : been having alot of swelling ankles inlegs in upper stomache hard to breathe at night in have night sweats.

Probably Congestive heart failure needs to be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your query and concern.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Congestive heart failure secondary to anemia.

So I advise you to get an ECG,2 dimensional echocardiography, Complete blood picture, lipid profile, Thyroid profile, Renal profile,chest x ray.

Drugs like Digitalis, Diuretics and hormone and iron supplementation is needed.

These drugs should be taken under strict medical prescription of your doctor.

Dietary management, life style modification with weight loss are helpful.
