Brief Answer:
Can be due to Primolut.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Headache is a common side effect of Primolut. It can also happen due to other reasons like stress, anxiety, migraine, fever, etc. Do consult a physician and get a detailed evaluation done in case the headache is severe and persistent.

Hope my answer is helpful.

Regards,
Dr. Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
