Brief Answer:
Start a stepwise treatment and investigation as per the following.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Get your nose examined to rule out common problems such as a DNS (Deviated Nasal Septum), nasal turbinate hypertrophy, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis or polyps.

2. A two week trial of medication under the supervision of a local doctor is recommended. This should include an anti-histamine, an anti-leukotriene, a steroid nasal spray, steam inhalation, hyper-tonic saline nasal washes and short term nasal decongestant drops.

3. If there is no relief, a plain Sinus CT Scan and skin allergy testing is advised.

4. If the response to medication is good, taper off these medications over three months.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
