Suggest Treatment For Constant Coughing And Sinus Infection

Question: I am 48 years old taking medicine for hypertension and BP since last 15 years and especially new medicine called cilacar T from last 3 years, know a days I am suffering from constant coughing with little sinus and even I had taken heavy antibiotic and plenty in numbers for cough , but the coughing is constant, day time it is ok but during sleeping times I am facing lot of problems and my sleep is totally disturb and even day time when I speak get cough constantly creating my position embarrassed, what remedy or medication do you suggest for this funny constant coughing, reply me Asap, warm regards

I understand your concern.
Your medicine contains one compound known as Telmisartan.
Telmisartan can cause dry cough in many individuals. If no other cause of cough is found then this drug might be the cause behind your cough.
I would advise you to discuss with your doctor about this and if he agrees he would change the class of anti hypertensive medicine. Once changed your cough should get normal in a period of 4-6 weeks.
