Question: In the year 2008 , I had a spinning while moving head even while moving eye feeling spinning. Also having vomiting. After that consult with a Dr and Dr advise it is nothing Vertigo. He gave Stametil injection after that I was stable within 3 hours.
Till 2011 I was fine, in the year 2011 month of October it was occur again and I took the same injection. After few days I had a consult with E.N.T specialist who gave me Vertin 16 two weeks twice a day after that Vertin 8 two weeks twice a day. With the above follow-up I was quite fine. in 2012 attack was hardly two times. In 2013 two to three times .
*** In the year 2014 I had consult with another Dr who prescribe me Sebelium 10 mg one tab continue 3 months.
After that I was fine almost 11 months.

*** In the year 2015 December 10 there was heavier attack and I took injection ( Stametil ) , but next day spinning was not clear again I took injection on December 15th . After that it was quite stable but whenever I was in a bed and moving left or right side feeling spinning and some times when I am straight position also feeling spinning. Again I took injection on December 20 .

My ENT specialist increase the Vertin 24 does ( Thrice a day for two weeks ) after that Vertin 16 twice a day for two weeks.

Now I am not good. Whenever I move my head down to up feeling spinning , whenever I am moving around bed either left side or right side still feelings spinning but it is hardly one or two minutes.

**** I have a few questions.
Is it symptoms for either brain tumour or brain cancer ?
Previously it never seems like that , but now it is not stable completely . Please prescribe me if any other medicine need to be taken .

Brief Answer:
Likely of having cervical spondilitis giving pinched nerve pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXX,
Thanks for posting query to HCM.
Read your query in detail.
As you consulted ENT specialist few times but treatment gives temporary relief.
It shows that there might not be having problem with ear problem causing vertigo.
In my opinion you require opinion of ophthalmologist and orthopedic surgeon having any problem in eye like refraction of error or some other eye problem.
But more likely in my opinion there might be having pinched nerve pressure symptoms producing vertigo while neck movements.
This can be due to some degenerative changes in cervical spines or having extra cervical rib.
Go for x-ray cervical spines for osteo-artheritis of cervical spine or extra cervical rib.
You might require MRI brain for having some problem in brain.
Go for measuring your blood pressure as well.
Meanwhile continue with Vertin or Stugerone as advised by your doctor.
After report orthopedic surgeon will go for treatment accordingly.
I hope, I answered your query.
If you have further query or clarification, please write back.
Wishing you speedy recovery.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about cancer, go for reports I mentioned.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXX,
Thanks for asking query again.
As your problem is since long if there is any cancerous lesion by this time it might have aggravated and might have produced big problem in your health or present complain so nothing to worry about cancer.
After all reports as I mentioned in previous answer are normal then think of having brain MMR for any nervous problem, not for cancer.
I hope I answered your query.
Ok and take care.
