I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It is important performing a comprehensive differential diagnosis between different causes that may lead to this clinical situation: blood pressure fluctuations, thyroid gland dysfunction, an inner ear disorder, vertebrobasilary insufficiency, etc.

For this reason, I would recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values in the next days (in sitting position after 10 minutes of total relax) and refer them to your doctor.

It is important also performing some tests:

- a resting ECG
- complete blood count for anaemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalances
- a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries and vertebral arteries to investigate for possible narrowing.

Consulting with an ENT specialist may be needed if suspicions of an inner ear disorder are raised.

If your symptoms are triggered by standing up position, a Head Up Tilt test may be needed to investigate for possible orthostatic hypotension.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
