Brief Answer:
Get chest X ray at least

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of chest pathology. The exact cause of chest pathology would need further information and testing.

Have you had fever, specially in the evening? Any breathlessness? Any loss of weight or reduction in the diet? Have you been a smoker?

The problem with the chest pathologies is that they are all present with same kind of symptoms. So we need to know more details to make a good suggestion.

I think I would suggest that you have a test - ct scan of the chest or at least a chest X ray. The latter is less expensive, but the former gives greater details and more information.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
