Question: I am 61 years old. I am athletic, I surf, box and lift weights. I also do indoor cycling. People say I look late 40's early early. For the last 5 days I have been so fatuiged have missed three days work. My shoulders ache and my balance is a little off.

I think you might have over worked out and have muscle sores. Shoulder pain is often related to this after exercising. I will recommend rest and pain medications to help with this. Also, drink much water to stay well hydrated to facilitate the excretion of any breakdown products from possibly damaged muscles.

I believe you are already recovering and this would be a progressive process. Be calm, follow through and keep me posted. A, certain all would sooner than later return to normal.
