Question : I have been having constant heartburn for the last couple of days and suddenly woke up from it. Also have tingling in my fingers. I have a doctor appt next Wednesday, should I try and go in sooner.

The symptoms appear non serious. However I would recommend you to consult an ER doctor and perform a resting ECG, and eventually some blood tests (including cardiac enzymes), as sometimes ischemic heart disease may present with digestive symptoms and heartburn.
