Brief Answer: Peripheral neuropathy Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query The symptoms that you are facing currently are indicative of peripheral neuropathy and not of MS and also since the MRI is normal it goes against the diagnosis of MS Here are my suggestions to you 1. Get blood tests for thyroid, sugars and vit B12. As these are the common causes for peripheral neropathy 2. Approach a neurologist for nerve conduction study 3. Get CT scan of lumbo sacral spine as the second differential diagnoses would be lumbar stenosis 4. As the symptoms have been long standing I would also rule out SLE and Vasculitis so please ask the doctor to send ANA profile and XXXXXXX I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me I wish you good health and a speedy recovery Regards
