Most probably muscular in nature
Detailed Answer:
hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. Most probable cause of pain in your case could be muscular. We need to rule out certain other things first. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:
- Naproxen thrice a day for 3 days
- take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it at the site of pain. It will give soothing effect.
- get a baseline ECG done.
- X-ray thoracic inlet for cervical rib.
- If ECG turns out to be normal and pain persists then MRI right shoulder to rule out soft tissue pathology.
Take the reports to an Orthopedic Surgeon. He is specialized in joints & bones. He will perform complete general physical examination & will go though labs for correlation.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
