Question: I was treated for mycoplasma in early January and was better for a week or so. Then developed drainage/cough but no fever. Treated over the counter and after 2 weeks thought was better but now have constant sneezing and feel horrible. Intense headache, muscle achiness and fatigue. Still no fever! What is going on - I feel worse by the day!

Brief Answer:
Ask your doctor for supportive treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query.
Possibly you have got viral upper respiratory symptom or if you have frequent cough and cold then this may be symptom of allergic rhinitis. Headache may be due to concomitant sinus infection.
Try Amoxicillin clavulanic acid with antihistaminic like cetrizine. Take plenty of fluid. Take steam inhalation twice or thrice a day. If pain unbearable or fever persists, take tablet paracetamol. Avoid other analgesics.
Ask your doctor regarding these options.

Best wishes
