Brief Answer:
Need to rule out Vitamin D deficiency, Anaemia, Diabetes

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Usually Osteoporosis can be associated with calcium and Vitamin D deficiency which needs good supplementation, sunlight exposure and diet.

Get your blood tested for compete blood count, blood sugar test for diabetes and Serum Vitamin D levels of possible to look for deficiency.

Eat balanced diet. Drink 1-2 litres of water daily. Do daily static cycling exercise for 45 minutes.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
