Brief Answer:
It could be due to high sex drive or vaginal dryness or infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome to health care magic,

A constantly stimulated clitoris could be due to vaginal dryness or an infection or because of high sex drive physiologically.

There could be a hormonal changes in a woman which leads to vaginal dryness as well as infections. This might present with sores, pain, itching and discomfort on activity.

You may require some tests like complete blood counts, urine routine and microscopy, blood sugar to rule out any infective component.

Here I am mentioning few things which could help,

1.Do not wash vaginal or clitorial area with soap or other cosmetic preparations.

2.Use plain water or Lactacyd feminine hygiene liquid if available.

3.Wear loose cotton undergarments.

4.Increase the intake of water and other fluids to 4 to 5 liters a day.

5.You may apply oestrogen creams for vaginal dryness with you advise from your gynaecologist.

6.If there is an infection, suitable antibiotics(cephalosporins or quinolones)will be needed for a week or more.

If it is due to high sexual drive then you should avoid any activity that would raise your libido. And have some stress busters, as it always helps in spending time in other things than being idle.

You should divert your mind by reading good religious books, listening good music, have good sleep after taking bath, always do yoga, meditation and regular exercises.

If your problem persists then you must see sexologist and gynecologist to rule out any infective component.

Thanks and Regards,
