Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
The blood is likely form an injury cause to the rectum by the hard stools. It is possible that you may have hemorrhoids which can bleed easily with hard stools.
The bleeding may stop by itself in which case a stool softener and diet with plenty of fibres to avoid constipation may be sufficient.
If the bleeding persists, it would be good to see a doctor and have yourself examined and treated appropriately.
Do get back to me if you have further queries.

Suggestions follow. But seeing the doctor is important.
Detailed Answer:
Till you are able to see a proctologist, taking dicynone would help reduce the bleeding; you can also take lactulose for constipation and flagyl for the flatulence.
Take care
